An AI assistant for your Facebook Page
Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp · one assistant
In review with Meta. Facebook Messenger and Instagram are built and working, and the permissions they need are with Meta now. WhatsApp is live today. We will open the other two the day Meta approves them.
Messages to a Facebook Page have a way of going unread. They arrive in a different place from everything else, often on a phone nobody has signed into for months, and the customer who sent one has usually given up and messaged somebody else by the time anybody looks.
Jabee answers them in seconds, from what your business has already published, and puts them in the same inbox as your WhatsApp and Instagram.
Seven days to answer, not twenty-four
This is the one place where Messenger is better than WhatsApp, and almost nobody says so.
Meta closes a free-form reply 24 hours after the customer's last message on every channel. On WhatsApp, reopening it needs an approved message template, and until you have one the honest answer to your customer is that they have to write again. On Messenger and Instagram, a person gets seven days, under the tag Meta created so a human can answer something an automated reply could not.
Which is exactly how Jabee works. When the assistant cannot answer, it stops and fetches you. On WhatsApp that help has to arrive inside a day. On Messenger you have a week — so the customer who asked something awkward on Friday still gets a real answer on Monday.
The assistant itself never uses that tag. It is not a human agent, and using it to carry an automated reply is the misuse Meta's own policy names. Only a reply you write, in the inbox or from your phone, goes out under it.
Meta charges nothing for it
Since 1 October 2026 Meta charges businesses for WhatsApp service messages — the replies you send inside the window a customer opened. We say so plainly on the pricing page because it is a second bill and nobody likes a surprise.
On Facebook Messenger there is no such charge. The Messenger Platform is free to use. The same assistant, the same knowledge, the same inbox — and one bill instead of two.
How it works
You connect the Page you already have. Sign in with Facebook, pick your Page, and the Instagram account linked to it comes along if you have one. Nothing to install.
It reads your Page. Hours, address, price range, the about text and your recent posts, in about a minute. If you have a website, a PDF menu or a photograph of your price list, it reads those too — and if you have none of them, it asks you seven questions instead.
It answers, in the customer's language. Arabic, English, or both in the same message. Every answer shows where it came from.
It admits what it does not know. Rather than inventing a price, it hands the conversation to you and tells you why. That question goes on a list: write the answer once and Jabee uses yours from then on.
What it costs
Starter is $59 a month for 100 conversations, then 45¢ each. Growth is $149 for 350, then 35¢. Scale is $349 for 1,000, then 25¢. Every plan covers all three channels. A conversation is one customer in one day, however many messages that takes. See the full pricing.
Questions
Can Jabee answer Facebook Messenger messages?
Yes. Jabee answers messages sent to your Facebook Page with the same assistant that answers WhatsApp and Instagram, from the same knowledge, into the same inbox. The Messenger permissions are with Meta for review now, and we will open the channel the day they are approved.
Does Meta charge for Messenger messages?
No. The Messenger Platform is free to use, so a message Jabee answers on Facebook costs you only Jabee's price. WhatsApp is the one channel where Meta charges the business for service messages, billed to your own account and never marked up by us.
How long do I have to reply to a customer on Messenger?
Meta closes a free-form reply 24 hours after the customer's last message on every channel. On Messenger and Instagram a person gets seven days under Meta's human agent tag, which exists so a human can answer something an automated reply could not. On WhatsApp there is no equivalent, so after 24 hours the customer has to write again.
Do I need a website?
No. Jabee reads your Facebook Page's opening hours, address, price range, about text and recent post captions and answers from those. M4B1's GCC Business Website Index 2026 found 88 businesses across the Gulf listing a social page where a website should be, which is exactly the case this serves.
How much does it cost?

Try it before anything else: give Jabee your Page or your website and ask it what a customer would ask. No account, no card. Or read about Instagram, or what Jabee does on WhatsApp.
