An AI assistant that answers your Instagram DMs
Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp · one assistant
In review with Meta. Instagram and Facebook Messenger are built and working, and the permissions they need are with Meta now. WhatsApp is live today. We will open the other two the day Meta approves them — tell us where to email you and you will be first to know.
Your customers message your Instagram. They ask the price, whether you deliver to their area, whether you are open on Friday. You answer them yourself, at eleven at night, on a day off, between other things — and the ones that arrive while you are asleep sit unread until the morning, by which time they have asked somebody else.
Jabee answers them from what your business has already published, in Arabic or English, in seconds, and hands you the ones it cannot answer.
You do not need a website
This is the part most tools get wrong. They assume a business has a website to read, and in this market most do not.
We measured it. M4B1's GCC Business Website Index 2026 examined business listings across the Gulf and found 88 businesses giving a Facebook or Instagram page where a website should be. Not a broken site. No site at all — the Instagram account is the business's web presence.
So Jabee reads that instead. It takes your Instagram account's bio and your recent post captions, and your Facebook Page's opening hours, address, price range and about text, and turns them into answers. If you also have a website, a menu as a PDF, or a photograph of the price board behind the counter, it reads those too. Most shops here have none of the three, which is exactly why all the doors exist.
How it works on Instagram
You connect the account you already have. Sign in with Facebook, pick your Page, and the Instagram account linked to it comes with it. No new number, no app to install, no flowchart to draw.
It reads your account. Bio, recent captions, Page hours and address, in about a minute. Press the button again whenever you change something.
It answers your DMs. In the language the customer wrote in. Every answer shows the post or page it came from, so you can check it.
It stops when it should. When Jabee is not confident, it says so and passes the conversation to you rather than inventing a price. That question then goes on a list in your dashboard: write the answer once, and Jabee uses yours from then on.
One inbox, three channels
A customer who messages your Instagram today and your WhatsApp tomorrow is two conversations in Meta's eyes and two threads in your inbox — Meta gives nobody a way to join them. What Jabee does give you is one place to read both, one assistant answering both from the same knowledge, and one bill.
What it costs
Meta charges nothing for Instagram messages. The Messenger Platform, which carries Instagram and Facebook messaging, is free to use. On WhatsApp Meta bills the business for service messages, billed to your own account at Meta's published rates and never marked up by us. On Instagram there is no such charge at all: one bill, ours.
Starter is $59 a month for 100 conversations, then 45¢ each. Growth is $149 for 350, then 35¢. Scale is $349 for 1,000, then 25¢. Every plan covers all three channels. A conversation is one customer in one day, however many messages that takes. See the full pricing.
Questions
Can Jabee answer Instagram DMs?
Yes. Jabee answers Instagram direct messages with the same assistant that answers WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger, from the same knowledge, into the same inbox. The Instagram permissions are with Meta for review now, and we will open the channel the day they are approved.
Do I need a website for Jabee to work on Instagram?
No. Jabee reads your Instagram account's own bio and recent post captions, and your Facebook Page's hours, address and price range, and answers from those. For the many businesses in the Gulf that never built a website, that is the whole knowledge base.
Do I need a Facebook Page to answer Instagram DMs?
Yes, and you almost certainly have one. Meta delivers Instagram messages through the Facebook Page linked to the account: the DM arrives addressed to your Instagram account and the reply is posted through the Page. Most Instagram professional accounts already have a linked Page whether the owner uses it or not.
Does Meta charge for Instagram messages?
No. The Messenger Platform, which carries both Instagram and Facebook messaging, is free to use. On Instagram you pay only Jabee's price. WhatsApp is the one channel where Meta charges the business for service messages.
How much does it cost?
Starter is $59 a month for 100 conversations, then 45 cents each. Growth is $149 for 350, then 35 cents. Scale is $349 for 1,000, then 25 cents. Every plan covers Instagram, Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp together.
Try it before anything else: give Jabee your Instagram or your website and ask it what a customer would ask. No account, no card. Or read about Facebook Messenger, or what Jabee does on WhatsApp.
